What a valid invoice in Pakistan should include
A proper sales-tax (GST) invoice in Pakistan should show your business name, address and NTN/STRN; the buyer’s details and NTN/CNIC; a unique, sequential invoice number and date; a description, quantity and rate for each item; the amount before tax; the GST charged (18% standard) shown separately; and the total payable — plus your bank/IBAN payment details. This generator includes all of those fields.

Frequently asked questions
Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes — completely free with no sign-up, no watermark and no limits. It runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded anywhere.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your own browser (localStorage). Your business profile, saved invoices and logo stay on your device. You can also export everything to a JSON file as a backup, and import it on another device.
Does it work for Pakistan GST / tax invoices?
Yes. You can add your NTN and STRN, the buyer’s NTN/CNIC, a sequential invoice number and an editable GST rate (18% by default) shown as a separate line — the essentials of a valid Pakistani sales-tax invoice.
Can I use other currencies?
Yes — PKR by default, plus USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, INR and more, which is handy if you bill foreign clients.
Can I save and reuse invoices?
Yes. Save an invoice to your local history to reload, duplicate or delete it later. Your business details and numbering carry over to each new invoice.
How do I send the invoice to my client?
Download the PDF and attach it to an email or WhatsApp. The PDF has selectable text and a small file size, so it sends and prints cleanly.
